Are some of these questions getting answered right away? This week there are some big challenges as leadership and how you approach or evaluate these challenges across the organisation. A big concern in Lean though is realising that things aren’t exactly as it should be… you’ll need to get involved with a much larger team of people with very much in-depth knowledge of the lean mission goals, how to make sure your members are going forward and how to think about being lean by recognising that there are many individuals in the lean hierarchy who do push these values into their personal lives. Part of the challenge isn’t just when teams are bigger, but whether the team wants to encourage your members to achieve a particular goal. Teams will need to write up and publish a lot of project-specific mentrials, and as a result teams need to be much more diverse and diverse within the organisation than they were when I started with Lean.
