How do you optimize schedules in CCPM? Or is it a really great idea to start monitoring schedules based off of the weekly list of employees that give customer feedback using that list? I don’t fully realize how much of a scheduling issue we have, but I imagine you’ll get some feedback from the list for each employee that day. How do you think it would work? Anyways, we only have a few of the items in that list to start monitoring each employee and provide feedback accordingly. My second step is to make those monitoring reports publicly accessible. The team needs to know and make the report public. It’s not something that I’ve ever seen a human reviewer do. Being able to gain permission for this, but being able to get this private status and getting this report fairly timely didn’t seem to be an organizational challenge for me. That said… why not create a report with a summary of all the work you have on a project for work I have done or as a side project for work just for the annual report? I had a group of 100 people work in that project and if they got a list of everyone they would be able to easily send this to my organization. Just sayin’.
