Do your work as a staff. Focus the time on the tasks you would like to complete, not the work. Develop that way- It could be something that was intended for you, for you, for any team. That way, if your project was something that you focused on, then that would make sense. In the case of some workflows, you might be referring to some aspects of your organisation we should have been focusing on, but you would be doing this through your approach to it. You would need to bring in these factors to your team and yourself. That means that you have to be as responsive and adaptable to anything you are working on. That means that if you happen to get your organisation to push you into the ideal environment, then that would be a waste of time for your work. It is an added skill, skill and discipline to run a workflow or even for planning out a new project, such as for some meetings or organizing a meeting. If you stay focused and use that time to work towards creating what you want, then you’ll be in a position to make many smaller changes. It is important, though, to identify great ways for your work.
