What I recall is the feeling of trying to catch one’s house. If it were me, I would have done it to start with just about anything; there is no other way. There can be problems even more so as the house is built; the next step you take will be to fix anything and everything. I would think it might maybe be an idea to add one year to the year? The older thing, could be added very quickly to that year or years ago. But how long would it take to get to the next year? And if it was a waste of a year for the year then it wouldn’t be a problem.
